Timo Tschammler is Executive Advisor at Mellum Capital

Until recently, he was CEO of JLL Germany and is a major innovator in the digitalisation of working methods within the property sector. He was responsible for the strategic leadership of JLL Germany with a staff of over 1,000, an annual turnover of several hundred million Euros, an annual investment volume of up to €10 billion and lettings comprising an annual take-up of up to 600,000 m2.

The high-profile C-level executive has a 25-year career history in the German and European real estate economy. He has an impressive deal-based track record and significant experience in special situations such as turnaround management during the global financial crisis, multi-facetted institutionalisation programmes, high-growth phases in complex matrix structures and restructuring and digitalisation projects.

Timo Tschammler is an accredited real estate professional (IHK) and holds a BA degree in real estate economics (Dipl. Betriebswirt der Immobilienwirtschaft). He is a qualified real estate economist (Immobilienökonom (ebs)), Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds an MSc degree in real estate from Nottingham Trent University/ADI.
