Tim Schulze Buxloh is Partner and Head of Mellum Real Estate, based in Munich. He oversees Mellum’s brokerage business in Germany, including investments, asset brokerage, acquisitions and disposals as well as strategic advisory. Tim has over 12 years of experience working in the real estate industry.

Prior to joining Mellum in 2024, Tim was Senior Director at Colliers International. During his 8 years at the firm, Tim led a wide variety of large and complex transactions in the commercial as well as the residential real estate sectors. He also has specific expertise advising on developments, including zoning, building permissions, valuation, construction optimisation and exit strategies. He has an extensive and deep network, covering instutional investors as well as Germany-based family offices.

Tim holds a BSc Degree in Real Estate and a MSc Degree in Real Estate Management from the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt Nürtingen-Geislingen and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
