Following a career in Investment Banking and Advisory and with over €100bn in closed transaction volume, Heinrich Hauss and Markus Reule established Mellum Capital in 2021 as a European real estate capital advisory firm. We operate for our global clients from our European offices with the goal of providing innovative, thoughtful and strategic advice that is free from conflicts of interest or bias. Mellum Capital is owned by its management and operates fully independently.
