He has over 14 years experience in the real estate debt and equity sector. Previous work stations included Aggregate Debt Advisory GmbH, Berlin, a subsidiary of the Aggregate family office, and FMS Wertmanagement AöR, Munich, the wind-down agency of former Hypo Real Estate. He started his career in the asset management department of a Real Estate Private Equity Fund in London

Philipp holds a Master in Civil Engineering from Leipzig University and a Master in Real Estate Finance from Cambridge University
